I am a children’s book author who stumbled into writing for children after many years of being a puppeteer, storyteller, and performer.   For me, writing is a way to share my love of stories – and share the stories I love.  Stories from around the world, stories about our common humanity. I love all kinds of stories: stories which get me to think, stories that arouse my indignation, stories that make me cry, and stories that make me laugh.

 

I have three stories here, but many more are inside of me,
